The process
Three phases.

Every candidate runs the same three phases. The only thing that varies is how long you stay in each one.
- Phase 01Diagnostic
A graded full case + math + PEI assessment in week one. You get a written gap report — no fluff, no participation trophies.
Week 1 - Phase 02Drills
Charts, math, story bank, and structure reps. Designed to move the metrics from your diagnostic, in order, until they're green.
Weeks 2–6 - Phase 03Live Mocks
Two live cases per week with full debriefs. We taper as you sharpen — and stop when you're consistently passing tier-1 mocks.

before my first case.
I bombed my first practice case. Out loud, in front of two friends, in a study room I had to book twice because we ran over. I had read the casebooks. I had memorized the frameworks. None of it survived contact with a real prompt.
Over the next eleven months I did 94 cases — most of them badly. I tracked every miss in a spreadsheet. I kept a list of the exact phrases that made interviewers nod, and the ones that lost the room. By round two of recruiting, I was getting callbacks from every firm I applied to.
